Correcting imbalances in ones lifestyle is a major component, if not the most important, of Chinese Medicine. Through the identification of patterns in our lives which cause disharmony, a practitioner of Chinese Medicine will recommend adjustments which will greatly effect your health. These patterns which are causing disharmony or illness may be a result of inappropriate lifestyles relating to, but not limited to: diet, exercise, work and sleep.
